Pricing that changed courier behaviour.
Pioneered Wolt's first courier-side surge pricing model in Budapest, then helped drive its adoption across the organisation.
I help founders and leadership teams turn ambitious plans into clear priorities, scalable operations and repeatable execution.

Four examples of building, fixing and scaling real-world operations. Each is a different version of the same challenge: making growth work.
Pioneered Wolt's first courier-side surge pricing model in Budapest, then helped drive its adoption across the organisation.
Built the teams and operating systems behind a high-volume marketplace — including a no-code, increasingly self-service courier onboarding journey.
Developed Wolt Hungary's new retail business across grocery, pharmacy, convenience and specialist retail, from major chains to neighbourhood shops.
Designed repeatable enterprise deployments and built the support team, playbooks and Jira Service Management foundations behind them.
Different businesses, familiar symptoms: growth has created complexity, but nobody quite owns the system that makes everything work.
Operating model, leadership rhythm, priorities, KPIs, team design and day-to-day execution ownership. A senior operator without the full-time commitment.
Turn an opportunity into a working business: market approach, partner development, commercial processes, operating setup and cross-functional coordination.
Fix processes that don't scale, stabilise an operation, build a customer delivery model, or temporarily own a function through a period of change.
I don't believe in handing over a strategy deck and disappearing. The real work is turning priorities into a system the team can actually run.
Talk to people, follow the work, look at the numbers and identify where growth is getting stuck.
Clarify what matters, who owns it and what needs to change first.
Processes, dashboards, workflows, roles and cadences — whatever the business actually needs.
Embed the routines, transfer ownership and keep improving until the system works without heroics.

I'm Levente — an operations leader who likes turning complexity into something teams can actually work with.
I spent roughly seven years at Wolt, leading Hungarian operations, building a new retail business and working on international strategy and operations programmes across 23 markets.
I later led customer operations at Deligo Vision, an AI-powered retail technology company, where the challenge was making enterprise delivery more predictable and scalable.
My background combines hands-on operations leadership, engineering and an MBA. I enjoy ambiguous, fast-moving situations — particularly when the solution needs both structured thinking and people willing to roll up their sleeves.
Tell me what you're working on and where you're getting stuck. We can figure out whether there's a useful way to work together.
